Quality Assurance

When feasible, LinkedObjects tailors an individualized Quality Assurance Plan and applies the Project Management principles of Earned Value Management (EVM).

The Quality Assurance Plan will include the following steps:

  • Internal Review of Deliverables
  • Internal Audits of hours and budgets
  • Internal weekly/bi-weekly status reports
  • Detailed Base and Option year POA&M’s
  • Quarterly meetings with client
  • Informal customer feedback

The Program Management Plan will include the following steps:

  • Analyze and understand requirements
  • Project scoping by defining small and attainable sub-tasks
  • Produce schedule with timeline broken down by sub-tasks
  • Budget time and level of effort to the accomplishment of each sub-task

This process will result in a budget and schedule baseline that can be used to not only manage deliverables, but also manage funding and schedule impacts due to new requirements, iterations and lessons learned or redefinitions and the associated impact to costs and schedules.
